Project Timelines and Delays
Timelines are estimates based on our design-build process: initial call, site visit, proposal, permitting, procurement, mobilization, and construction. Delays from unforeseen issues like permits, weather, or client changes may extend schedules without liability. We prioritize efficiency but cannot guarantee exact completion dates.
Warranties and Guarantees
All workmanship is guaranteed; we back projects with our commitment to quality as a locally-owned company serving Metro Denver for over 15 years. Standard warranties apply to materials per manufacturer terms; labor warranty covers defects for one year post-completion.
Liability Limitations
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues from client-provided materials/labor. Clients must notify their insurers of project value increases. Site safety and temporary relocation (if needed) are client responsibilities.
